Setting up an SMTP Inside of White Label Suite
Under White Label in the left side menu, you will find the SMTP option to send emails directly from the tool under your brand, including email addresses and password reminders. This allows for a more streamlined and professional communication process with your customers. This article will guide you through setting up an SMTP inside White Label Suite.
Accessing the SMTP System
Once you are in the settings tab, click on the SMTP system. SMTP stands for Simple Mail Transfer Protocol and is a mailing protocol that allows for the sending of emails. You must access this section to set up your specific SMTP settings.
Finding Your SMTP Settings
If you are using Gmail or Google Suite, you can find your SMTP settings there. The same goes for Outlook. However, we will show you how to find your settings within that program if you are using Mail Gun.
First, go to your Mail Gun account and navigate to the sending domains section. Look for the specific domain that you have set up for your client. Once you have found it, click on the domain to access its settings.
Within the domain settings, you will find the SMTP credentials. Click on this section to access your specific SMTP settings.
Adding Your SMTP Settings to White Label Suite
Now that you have found your SMTP settings, you can add them to White Label Suite. In the SMTP section of the tool, you will need to enter the following information:
Make sure to use the same email address for both the support email and the sending from email. This will ensure that all emails are sent from the same address.
Once you have entered all your SMTP settings, click the save button to save your changes.
Please Note
When adding your Gmail or Outlook SMTP, you must ensure that your two-factor authorization is turned on so you can access your APP password, which is the one you need to enter in the password section, or it will not work.
Sending Emails from White Label Suite
Now that you have set up your SMTP, you can use the email templates in White Label Suite to send out emails directly to your customers. This includes password reminders and license emails.
Simply create a new license and use the email templates to send out the necessary emails. They will now be sent directly from your own SMTP email server, giving your communication a more professional touch.
Using Other Email Systems
If you use a different email system, such as Postmark or S3 Mailing, you can still find your SMTP settings by doing a quick Google search. Once you have found your settings, enter them into the SMTP section of White Label Suite.
