Overview

You can add scripts, such as chat widgets or chatbots, directly into your Business Account under the White Label tab. This integration allows scripts to appear within the white-labeled version of your software. Including a way for your subscribers to interact with you, ask for support, or find support documentation when needed. This is vital for retention and the overall experience.

How To Integrate Chat Scripts

To take advantage of this feature, copy the code for your current chat widget or chatbot on your website and paste it into the 'HTML Elements' section in the 'Business Account' under the 'White Label' tab.

How to make sure this is visible for your clients

Once you have successfully added the Messenger Code to your Business Account, the next step is ensuring the chat widget is visible to your clients. This will allow them to easily access the Messenger feature and contact you for any inquiries or concerns.

To make the chat widget visible, follow these simple steps:

  • Go to Profile Settings under your Profile Avatar

  • Tick the box with the option "Show Support Widget."

The chat widget or chatbot you have added to your account will appear whenever a subscriber is logged into their account.
