Having a place to manage subscriptions for customers who've purchased any of the packages you've created is vital to ensuring a great experience with your white-label software. This article covers where to find subscriptions and how to manage them.

Subscriptions can be viewed by clicking 'Subscriptions' under 'White Label' on the left side of the White Label Suite menu.

Under the 'Actions' column, you can log in as a subscriber, update the subscription, or cancel/reactivate the subscription.

When updating a subscription, you can change the name and email address associated with the account, update the password, select a different plan [package], change the expiry date, or add additional credits to the account.

Under the Subscriptions section, you also have the option to add someone to an account manually. To learn more about this process, click here.
