Overview
A welcome email to a new subscriber is vital to creating a great experience for your new subscribers. If you don't currently have a system that can send and receive data or create emails that can be sent, this is the perfect option to help you create a good first impression.

You cannot use this function if you haven't enabled the SMTP feature.
Step 1: Email Templates
Access the 'Email Templates' feature under the 'White Label' menu option.
Step 2: Edit the Email Template for Packages
First, insert a subject line to inform new subscribers about the email. Next, you can edit the default welcome message or create your own.
💡 Please note
You must use the variables provided to ensure the correct information is sent to a new subscriber.
Then, add any additional information for the new subscriber, such as images, links, or anything else you would like to provide to help them get started.
Step 3: Enable Email Template for Packages
Finally, enable the Welcome email template and click 'Save Changes.'
