How Do I Integrate AiXUP To My CRM?

Welcome to AiXUP, the sales tech for rebels! If you are looking to power up your sales process, streamlining your data is the first step.

This guide will walk you through how to configure your integrations, specifically connecting HighLevel to your AiXUP account. By completing this integration, you ensure that your prospecting efforts and new leads are automatically pushed directly to your CRM, saving you time and keeping your pipeline organized.



Prerequisites

Before you begin, please ensure:

  • You are logged into your AiXUP account.

  • You have your HighLevel (CRM) login credentials ready.

  • You have access to the agency account of the specific sub-account you wish to connect.


Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1: Navigate to User Settings

  • From the main dashboard, look at the left-hand menu bar.

  • Locate and click on your Profile icon.

Step 2: Access Integrations

  • Once the profile menu opens, select Integrations from the list of options.

  • This will take you to the connection hub.

3. Select Your CRM

  • Locate the CRM section (in this example, we are using HighLevel).

  • Click the Connect CRM button associated with the platform.

4. Log In and Authenticate

  • A pop-up window will appear asking you to log in to your CRM provider.

  • Enter your CRM credentials.

  • If you have Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) enabled, check your device for a verification code and enter it when prompted to verify your identity.

5. Confirm Installation

  • Once verified, the system will ask for permission to install the integration.

  • Review the permissions.

  • Click the Next button at the bottom of the screen.

6. Select Your Account

  • You will be asked to choose the specific location or account to link.

  • Select your Sub-account or Agency from the dropdown menu.

  • Confirm your selection.

7. Verify Connection

  • You will be redirected back to the AiXUP Integrations page.

  • You should now see the name of your specific CRM location (e.g., "High-Level Agency") displayed, indicating that the connection has been successfully established.
