Overview

Understanding and interpreting search result data in AiXUP is key to maximizing your sales strategy. This guide walks you through analyzing search results, using filters, understanding credit usage, and employing strategies for contacts with or without emails.

By reviewing these data fields carefully, you can optimize outreach, target decision-makers, and uncover opportunities even when emails are not available.

What Youโ€™ll Need Before You Start

  • An active AiXUP account

  • Access to your search results from any search type (Local, Company, People, Domain, or Influencer)

  • Basic understanding of credits and CRM integration

Step 1: Review Top Search Result Summary

  1. Look at the top of the search results screen.

  2. Observe:

    • Total companies or contacts returned

    • Number of emails found vs. not found

  3. Understand credit deductions:

    • Credits are only deducted for contacts with emails

Step 2: Analyze Email Found vs. Not Found

  • Green icon: email found (credit deducted)

  • Red or blank: email not found (no credit deducted)

  • Opportunity tip: contacts without emails can be pursued via phone or social media

Step 3: Refresh Email Search Status

  1. If email search is still processing, use the green refresh icon.

  2. Check the status of all contacts to ensure completion.

Step 4: CRM Status Filters

  • Filter contacts by:

    • All

    • Sent

    • Unsent

  • This helps track which contacts have been added to your CRM or require follow-up

Step 5: Apply Additional Filters

  • Use filters to narrow results, e.g., employee size, location, or other data fields

  • Example:

    • Companies with more than 50 employees

  • Caution: Not all businesses provide complete data, so filters may limit results

Step 6: Search Within Results

  • Use the search function to find specific companies, titles, or contacts within your returned results

  • This is useful when targeting a specific individual or business segment

Step 7: Data Enrichment

  • Enhance individual or bulk contacts in your list

  • Optional enrichment can add emails, additional fields, or other insights

  • Helps maximize the value of your contact list

Best Practices

  • Review all returned contacts, not just those with emails

  • Use phone or social media for contacts without emails

  • Apply filters carefully to avoid excluding valid prospects

  • Use enrichment selectively to optimize credit usage
