Creating Your First Search in White Label Suite

This how-to guide will focus on creating your first search using the leads tool. This tool allows you to search for potential leads by applying various filters, such as location, industry, etc. Follow the basic setup instructions below to get started.

All you need to get started is to follow these simple steps:

Choose which Search Type you would like to start with.


There are Six Search Types:

People Search

Find professionals based on their roles or keywords using data from their LinkedIn profiles and the information found on the website provided in their bio.

Strategy:

  • Search for roles or specific keywords in LinkedIn profiles, e.g., "BDM" in Chicago.

  • Results will provide details such as the individual's name, title, company, and email (if available).

  • Users can also directly connect with these individuals on LinkedIn via the platform.

The People Search has a multi-tier credit usage system to ensure maximum results.

  • Tier 1 - No Credit Used.

  • Tier 2 - Three Credits are used when added to a List.

  • Tier 3 - One Credit is used when the contact is selected and "Get Phone Numbers" is clicked.


Local Search

Local Search helps you find real businesses in any city. Just enter a location and a business type (like “dentist in Miami”), and it will show their name, address, website, and phone number.

Strategy

  • Pick one niche (dentists, gyms, plumbers).

  • Choose one city to target.

  • Check their website for quick info.

  • Reach out by phone or contact form.

  • Repeat for the next city or niche.


Company Search

Company Search helps you find businesses by industry, keywords, size, or location. It shows company details, domains, and contact data when available.

Strategy

  • Pick a niche or industry to target.

  • Add filters to get more accurate results.

  • Check the company profiles for helpful info.

  • Start outreach with the most relevant leads.


Domain Search

Domain Search finds business information based on a website URL. Just enter a domain (like example.com) and the tool will show details such as company name, industry, location, and available contact info.

Strategy

  • Grab the website of a business you want to learn about.

  • Run it through Domain Search to see key details fast.

  • Use the info to send a more personal message.

  • Great for checking leads before you reach out.


Influencer Search

Find the influencers in a given area and industry.

  • Strategy:

    • Start with an Influencer Saved List (ensure familiarity with the "create a list" process).

    • Select which social media platform you want to find the influencers

    • Set the desired location for the search, e.g., North Carolina

    • Optimize results by searching at the suburb level.


Intent Search

Intent Search shows warm website visitors who accepted cookies. The system matches their visit to real contact data when possible.

Strategy

  • Install the tracking code on your website.

  • Check your dashboard for matched visitors.

  • Reach out while they’re still interested.

  • Focus on warm leads first for better response rates.
