Creating Your First Search in White Label Suite

This how-to guide will focus on creating your first search using the leads tool. This tool allows you to search for potential leads by applying various filters, such as location, industry, etc. Follow the basic setup instructions below to get started.

Basic Setup Instructions

All you need to get started is to follow these simple steps:

Step 1

Visit https://app.whitelabelsuite.com
Enter login info and sign in.
- Login info can be found in the email sent to you after purchase.

Step 2

Choose which Search Type you would like to start with.

There are three Search Types:

People Search

Find professionals based on their roles or keywords using data from their LinkedIn profiles and the information found on the website provided in their bio.

Strategy:
- Search for roles or specific keywords in LinkedIn profiles, e.g., "BDM" in Chicago.
- Results will provide details such as the individual's name, title, company, and email (if available).
- Users can also directly connect with these individuals on LinkedIn via the platform.

💡Credit Usage

The People Search has a multi-tier credit usage system to ensure maximum results.

Tier 1 - No Credit Used: After entering your search criteria, adding Advanced filters (optional), and clicking "Continue," the initial search results are produced and provide a pool of prospects to choose from.

Tier 2 - One Credit Used: Once you've decided which prospects you'd like to add to your List, you must check each and click "Add to list." If we can verify the data, it will return basic data like email, socials, and phone numbers.

Tier 3 - Two Credits Used: This last tier further "enriches" the prospect and requires a selection of one or more to start the process and produce additional data like their education, job history, skills, and more.

Company Search

Target businesses by specific industries or vertical niches within chosen locations.

Strategy:
- Start with a Local Campaign (ensure familiarity with the "create a campaign" process).
- Input the specific industry, business type, or niche you want to target.
- Set the desired location for the search, e.g., North Carolina
- Optimize results by searching at the suburb level.

Domain Search

Focus on searching for employees from a specific company.

Strategy:
- Begin with a Domain Search campaign.
- Input the name of the desired company, e.g., Tesla or USPS.
- The system will then collect the contact details of employees from that specific company, though not every company might display email addresses.
