The voice follow-up system has now been moved completely into HighLevel (GHL).
Previously, Synthflow handled this part through external webhooks, which sometimes caused delays or connection errors.
With this new setup:
All voice functions now run natively inside HighLevel.
There are fewer moving parts, so fewer chances of errors.
Everything — from leads to voice and chat follow-ups — is managed in one place.
