Overview

The Domain Search feature in AiXUP is designed for precision prospecting. It allows you to pull company and contact information from a specific domain when you already know the business you want to reach.

Domain Search is ideal when you are trying to connect with a specific decision-maker such as an owner, president, or executive inside a company you already have in mind.

This guide walks you step by step through how to use Domain Search, review company data, and take action on the right contact.

When to Use Domain Search

Use Domain Search when:

  • You already know the company name or website

  • You are targeting a specific person inside a company

  • You want fast access to verified contact and role information

  • You need decision-makers, not just company-level data

What You’ll Need Before You Start

  • An active AiXUP account

  • Available credits (1 credit per individual result returned)

  • A known company name or domain

Step 1: Navigate to Domain Search

  1. Log in to your AiXUP dashboard.

  2. Go to Lead Search.

  3. Select Domain Search.

Step 2: Enter the Company or Domain

  • Enter the company name or website domain you want to research.

  • Example:

    • Environmental Masters

This tells AiXUP exactly which company to pull information from.

Step 3: Create or Select a List

  1. Choose an existing list or click Create New List.

  2. Name your list clearly.

    • Example: Plumbers – Domain Search

  3. Click Continue to run the search.

Step 4: Review Search Results

Once the search completes, you’ll see company-level data including:

  • Company name

  • Google reviews

  • Website and technology data

  • Phone number and contact information

Step 5: Review Individual Contacts

  1. Click into the Contacts section of the company.

  2. Review available contacts and roles.

Example:

  • President

  • Owner

  • Key decision-makers

You may see:

  • Full name

  • Email address

  • Role or title

Step 6: Select the Right Decision-Maker

  • Identify the contact with decision-making authority.

  • Example:

    • President of the company

This ensures your outreach is targeted and relevant.

Step 7: Send Contact to Your CRM

  1. Select the contact you want to reach.

  2. Send the contact directly to your CRM.

  3. Begin outreach using your preferred workflow.

Credit Usage Explained

  • Domain Search uses 1 credit per individual result returned.

  • Credits are only consumed when a valid result is found.

Best Practices

  • Use Domain Search for known companies, not discovery

  • Pair Domain Search with CRM workflows for fast follow-up

  • Always target the highest-level decision-maker available
