Overview

Having the ability to get your questions answered or contact our support team via the Support Widget is a great feature at White Label Suite that helps our partners connect with a powerful resource when they need a hand. However, sometimes you need to be able to hide it at a moment's notice if you have one of our white-label plans and are demoing the software. See the instructions below on how to toggle on/off the Support Widget.

How to turn on/off the Support Widget

To toggle the Support Widget on or off inside White Label Suite, simply visit your profile. Next, go to "Profile Settings" and scroll down until you see the checkbox for "Show Support Widget." This is where you can tick this feature on or off. Remember to save your changes once you have made your selection.

The Support Widget is still there; what do I do?

If you're still noticing the Support Widget after you've turned it off and clicked on "Save Changes," the next thing you will want to do is refresh the page. If this doesn't work, try logging out and back into White Label Suite. If you still have issues with this feature, please contact [email protected].

In summary, having our Support Widget ready to assist you with any questions is a great feature inside White Label Suite. However, if you have a white-label plan and want to demo the software, it's not always in your best interest to explain the Support Widget while talking to a potential client. Remember, you can always turn it back on when you need it.
