To integrate Google My Business with the System you will need 'admin' access to Google My Business profile of they business. If you have one great, if you don't create one or get 'admin' access to one that's associated with they business this is for.
Integrating Google My Business with the System will allow you to:
- Generate more leads from Google My Business!
- Receive customer enquiries via the Google My Business 'Message' online
- Integrate 'Google My Business Chat for 2 way communication inside the CRM
- View GMB Performance inside the system's dashboard
- Track lead source attribution
- Publish content via the system's 'Social Medial planner
- Track calls generated from Google My Business listings
- Manage Google Reviews and Reputation
What to do:
- Make sure there is a Google My Business Account created and it's linked with with the same Google account as the one that has the Google Account Admin Access
OR
Get the business to add you to the google my business account as a 'Manager' so you can configure it that way.
