So Roberts just said, how about some sales resources? I feel like I would be burning leads because my sales skills aren't good enough. Yes. So let me talk to that just for a minute. I believe that too, right?
And I've done sales for all of my life and I still want to get better. And I still remember the day that I actually decided to take the role seriously. My first role out of school was selling, and I was embarrassed by it. And it wasn't until much later in my career that I decided, I'm going to be a professional about this. I'm not just going to have this as a job, I'm going to be a professional.
And I keep pointing out this way, like you guys can see, but this is where my bookshelf, my library is, and all my sales training books and everything are up here. I decided to start treating it seriously and start really studying it and getting better at that job. And yet today, still, I will echo Robert's sentiment. I don't want to burn a hot lead thinking that my sales skills aren't good enough. The biggest thing that I can give from my own heart in terms of selling is something that we've got in our sales training vault.
And I'll show you where to find that in just a second. And that's this in this particular sales training with a gentleman named Gulliver who runs a sales training school, he said right at the end of the call, and it's something that's going to stay with me for the rest of my life, I hope. He said, the most important thing that you can have with sales is a love of people, right? And I'm not just talking about, yeah, I like people, I'm a social guy. Like, no, I'm not talking about being a social, I'm not being an introvert extrovert at all, and I'm not talking about any of that.
I'm talking about a love for delivering what you do. And it works like this. If you believe in what you have so strongly that you cannot sleep at night, because that guy that popped into your sales funnel earlier today said no to you, and, man, he needs it. Jeez, I didn't do my job good enough. If I can get my stuff into his business, man, I'm doing him a favour.
Until you get to the point where you love what you do so much and you love the people that are coming through your funnel so much that you can't not talk to them about what you've got, then you're not in the right business, right? And if you're not actually passionate like that, I need to get this guy to understand what I've got. Then you need to choose another field, quite frankly, be passionate about what you've got to the point where I can't not talk to that person. And it doesn't matter if you're an introvert, it doesn't matter if you're an extrovert, it doesn't matter if you've got a crazy accent or you don't feel confident in the way you speak. If you love what you do so much, it will come across in every communication that you have, right?
So in terms of resources that are available for us in white level suite, there's some that are in play already. And let me just do my screen share thing here, that monitor there. So, again, I'm in the members area here, and the one that you're looking for is this one with a big vault door on the front. There's some sales training in here, including I haven't even had time to put a thumbnail on that, but John's Masterclass, we literally bumped that straight up from last week because that's one of the best Master classes from a sales point of view that you've ever gone through. This one that I'm just referencing Gulliver right here, even down to any of these, steve Rosenbaum talking about Reactivation campaigns, talking about the sales of those how to w revenue.
Simon Severino is an amazing sales trainer, right? So all of these resources are here. Chris in terms of Chris For actually talking about getting leads, getting sales, these are all sales related training programmes, right? Kim talking about every contact leaves a trace, how to actually get in touch with the right people, how to put deals together. So these are all really amazing resources that we've got.
And the other great resource that we've all got at our fingertips is Amazon, Audible, Kindle, all that kind of stuff. There's just so many resources. We will stack as many as we can. Robert, I really appreciate the question because you don't want to burn leads, but at the same time you want to make sure that everybody that comes through have a conversation with them. Like the best sales tip came from Amanda today.
Pick up the damn phone, pick up the damn phone. Make sure that you're speaking to those people because they need what you've got, right? So hopefully, Robert, that answers your question. Let me just carry through.
