How To Set Up Your Wallet For Credits

This article guides you on how to set up your wallet so you can purchase additional credits or take advantage of our auto top-up feature.

Overview

Each month, your account is loaded with a certain amount of credits that come with the plan to which you're currently subscribed. For example, if you've subscribed to our Growth Plan, your account will automatically be loaded with 1,000 credits every month, plus any credits you didn't use from the previous month as they roll over.

However, there may be some instances where you need to purchase additional credits once or would like to have the option not to purchase credits manually and want an auto top-up to help reload credits for you. This can quickly be done by setting up your wallet. To learn more, watch the video below or continue reading.

Step 1: Add Your Payment Method

First, you must add your payment method. To do this, click "Add Balance" under Dynamic Packages.

Next, click on the option for "Add new Card."

Finally, you can add a card or use a Google Pay account to add a payment method to your account.

Add the same card you have on file for your White Label Suite subscription here so you can easily track expenses on the same card.

Step 2: Purchase Credits Manually Or Set Up Auto Top Up

For this step, you can either purchase credits manually as you need them or set up the auto top-up option to allow you to ensure you always have credits on hand.

If you would like to purchase credits, enter the number of credits you would like to purchase and then click "Pay."

Please note that the minimum credit to purchase is one.

Next, to set up the auto top-up option, scroll to the "Add Balance Settings" and enter the number of credits you would like to be below before adding more.

Then, enter the number of credits automatically added to top up your account.

Finally, click on "Save," and that's it!

Step 3: Keep An Eye On Your Credit Balance

Track your credit balance in the Dashboard under Dynamic Packages or in the leads tool.

FAQs

Are the credits used from my monthly allotment first?

Yes, the credits from the specific plan you are subscribed to are used first.

How are credits spent?

Credits are spent each time you run a search, and a minimum of one contact is returned with at least an email address. This counts as one credit spent. You are not charged a credit if the contact returns with no email address. It also only counts as one credit even if the contact returns with several email addresses.

How much is one credit?

One credit is currently 12 cents [subject to change]

Do rollover credits still apply?

Yes, you still have the option to roll over credits.

Do I have to add a wallet to use White Label Suite?

No, however, adding a wallet ensures you're never limited in what you can do with White Label Suite if you run out of your monthly allotment of credits before the new month starts.
