Webhooks are a powerful tool for integrating your lead generation program with other third-party applications. By setting up webhooks, you can automate exporting leads from your campaigns to your CRM, email marketing platform, or other desired platforms. To begin using webhooks, navigate to the "Integrations" section. Select "Custom Integrations" from there and create a webhook for each service (Zapier, Pabbly, etc.) you plan to use. Name your webhook and obtain the unique URL provided by the third-party service.

Once you have set up your webhooks, you must configure and test them to ensure they work correctly. In the third-party tool (Zapier or Pabbly), set up a new "Zap" or workflow with the webhook as a trigger. Configure the webhook to "catch" data and copy the webhook URL back into White Label Suite. Finally, send a test API request to confirm the connection.

After successfully testing your webhooks, you can map the fields (e.g., email, phone number) from your White Label Suite to the corresponding fields in the target application. This will ensure that the data is accurately transferred between the two platforms. You can also use the webhook to automate the export of leads from your campaigns to your CRM or other desired platforms.

To use webhooks for your campaigns, specify which webhook connection is based on the target application (e.g., Zapier for a CRM, Pabbly for Google Sheets). You can adjust campaign settings to enable the correct webhook integration and run searches within your campaign to generate leads and automatically push them through the configured webhook.
