Overview

The Custom Labels feature in White Label Suite allows you to add a label to a contact so you can return to it and see what action was taken. For example, if you wanted to call someone without first exporting that contact to your CRM, you could call them from your phone and then mark that contact as "Called" in White Label Suite.

How do you add a Custom Label to a Contact?

To add a Custom Label to a contact, simply check the box associated with a contact and select "Add Label" from the drop-down menu above. Next, select which label you would like to add to the contact.

Can you add, delete, or edit Custom Labels?

Yes, there is an option to create different Custom Labels by visiting your profile and selecting "Custom Labels." From there, you can add, delete, or edit Custom Labels.

In summary, using the Custom Labels feature in White Label Suite can help you better organize your contacts before sending them to your CRM or exporting them to a CSV file so you know what actions have been taken on the contacts already.
